Recently, the paper titled "I Just Need to Say Something": A Self-Determination Model of Voice, co-authored by Professor Lin Quan from our school (as the corresponding author) in collaboration with Professor Andrew Li from West Texas A&M University in the United States, Professor Dejun Tony Kong from the University of Colorado Boulder in the United States, Professor Zhiqing E. Zhou from Johns Hopkins University, and Professor Craig Crossley from the University of Central Florida and Hanken School of Economics, Helsinki, Finland, was accepted and published online by Journal of Organizational Behavior (JOB), a leading international journal in the field of organizational behavior. This is the second paper that Professor Lin Quan has published in JOB since 2023. The details of the two papers are as follows:
